STOP just "charging your worth" (76)

A spicy rant on the dogma of the "charge your worth" narrative in the coaching industry, particularly among (white) women entrepreneurs, and how it often fuels toxic competition and capitalism. Obviously there's nuance here. I'm not saying to undervalue yourself!

In this episode, I also share my decision to lower my prices, explore the nuances of choosing a pay in your own currency" pricing model, and the importance of intentionality and discernment in our financial exchanges.

I’m Nicole Pasveer—mother, truth-seeker, activator. Someone who spent years untangling herself from stories that were never hers to hold. I’ve done the people-pleasing, the perfectionism, the fitting into boxes too small for me. I know what it feels like to wake up and realize—this isn’t who I am.
